Lets be serious now. Batman wouldn’t have a chance against any of the X-Men. The only one who *might* have a chance against the X-Men is Superman.
Professor X: Even if Superman is immune to Professor X, the Professor could still send human after human against Superman. Superman would have to kill millions of humans to get to Professor X.
Magneto: Magneto would have an easy job with Superman because he could easily manipulate structures containing both Kryptonite and lead.

I will just says a few thing to be consider. Hulk is made of ADAMANTIUM, i´ts enough to destroy every pseudohero. Wolverine is indestructible, to mention one x-men. And besides their powers. Ironman and spider are genius, and more than enough tobraek batman´s butt.
