I have mixed thoughts. I use Bing a lot more than I ever thought I would (and I've been using Google since '98 or '99). I think Bing does a lot of things better than Google does. I do think that Bing does a better job of organizing its search results. The problem I see is that most web users should be savvy enough to refine their search terms to the point that their results don't need much organization (thus mooting the benefit provided by Bing).

Microsoft's ads or a little silly. But they aren't nearly as silly as those offered by Apple. Go Microsoft!

I think they have a pretty good ad campaign, but unfortunately, it does not match reality. Google's user experience is much better than what Bing offers.

Bing has pleasant background images. A great way to brand the product and contrast its difference with Google's stark white page. However, Google got it right. Bing's background image actually gives me one piece of information in a situation where I wouldn't normally have to process anything.

BTW, my favorite new addition on Google: The Google stars in search. It's not completely new, but Google's implemented it in a new way. Now, when I search on Google I see results on top of relevant pages that I starred across Google products. I've found some really great resources with this tool.
