For sale: Utah web design company

After five and a half years, I’m accepting offers to sell my first business, Griffio LLC, a Utah-based web consultancy. Even though it’s been business as usual, I’ve distanced myself from the firm over the last two years to focus on a career in writing. While my knowledge of proper web design remains, my passion doesn’t. So I’m listing the company for sale.
Given my desire to no longer meddle in daily operations, I am selling the business as a group of assets to the highest bidder in lieu of the traditional “let’s see your books” approach. I understand my removal from the company devalues its appeal, hence the combined sale of the following assets:
- Reputable local brand (name recognition, logo, website, PR4 url, domain, 801 number, trademark)
- Reoccurring revenue (ongoing marketing account of $1500/month, $3-4k in annual, low-maintenance hosting accounts)
- Incoming referrals (an average of 2-3 email and phone leads per month with zero promotion)
- Rolodex of repeat customers and a database of 100,000 unqualified leads.
- Portfolio of work (sites, testimonials, code base, designs)
For what its worth, the company has made slight profits exceeding $10,000 per year since 2006, after expenses, contract work, and a generous salary for myself.
Interested parties should contact me directly with additional questions and a tentative offer by email. Though I have an idea of what said assets are worth to me personally, all reasonable bids will be considered.
In the event an agreement can’t be reached within one month’s time, I will delist the company and consider future valuations at a later date.
