We can all tell when someone is shamelessly self-promoting themselves. Just get to the point–sales is part of life. The people who are actually interested in the product will appreciate it.

If you feel like you need disclosure in order to solicit, try renaming your blog. (e.g. “Blake’s Blog” becomes “Blake’s Blog Shop”)

That’s all the disclosure you need right there–and you don’t have to retype it every time. :)
