I was watching War Games last night, and in one scene, the main character's mother (a real estate agent) was talking on the phone and says something about "That's okay, we'll just do some creative financing." I thought it was kinda ironic, because that's the line of thought that created this whole housing market mess. And it just goes to show you, it's not a new trick (the movie was filmed in the early 80's)
