Well qualified by definition is a bachelor's degree, and getting a higher education is a COMPLETE waste of time in America. The under-qualified are boorish in their ways, and those that have higher education have 'zero' street smartness. The word 'American' can be summed up to mean a fake, un-educated, lying, arrogant person. Most Americans are un-educated, and high school drop-outs.
